Pricing & Insurance

We work with most major insurance plans, including BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, and others. Because every plan is different, we’ve made it easy to understand your costs upfront.

Insurance

We’re currently in-network and out-of-network with both Blue Cross Blue Shield Arizona and Aetna, and we’re actively pursuing full in-network contracting with both plans this year. We’re also pursuing AHCCCS contracting and offer an AHCCCS discount to our self-pay patients.

Here’s Our Process

First, we’ll verify your insurance benefits so we know exactly what your plan covers. You can start the process yourself by using our verification of benefits tool:

The process will take 7-10 business days for this form to be processed by True Healthcare Billing. Once you receive an email with your insurance information, please allow us 3 business days to call you and go over the information with you.

Please note: We do not verify benefits for Medicaid or Medicare plans, this will include AHCCCS, we are not in network, and they will not release details to our practice.

Once you become a client and we have your verification done, we create a detailed cost estimate showing you:

• What your deductible is
• What your coinsurance will be
• Your total estimated out-of-pocket cost
• Any discounts or payment options available

We bill your insurance directly for in-network plans, and we handle all the paperwork so you don’t have to worry about it. For out-of-network plans, we offer out-of-network billing, or we can create a superbill for you to self-submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Our Promise

We won’t surprise you with unexpected bills. If your insurance doesn’t cover something, we cap our charges at our standard cash package rate. We’re upfront about what you’ll owe, and we work with you on payment arrangements to make care accessible.

Self-Pay & Payment

Your care is offered as a single package price, covering all prenatal care, labor, delivery, and postpartum care for you and your newborn.

Discounts are available for self-pay families who pay in full early, and for AHCCCS patients.

A registration fee is due at your first appointment and is non-refundable. Full payment is due by 34 weeks.
